Welcome to McGuire Communication – Offering Visual Communication & Problem Solving.

I have two main passions – fitness and design. I call my company McGuire Communication instead of McGuire Design because if a design doesn’t communicate the right message, it doesn’t do the job. The same is true of fitness teaching and coaching. Communication is all of it.

With regard to design, I offer visual communication and problem solving to get you seen by more people, more effectively.

Very often your website, business card, brochure, email newsletter and social media are the first point of contact between you and your next wonderful customer or client. I offer creative visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform and captivate for print and web….that communicate who you really are….to attract the clientele you desire most.

I’ve been a designing professionally since 1984 in New York City starting with a BFA in Communication at Parsons School of Design, an internship at Milton Glaser, working early on at PC Magazine, and later designing for many businesses on the Monterey Peninsula, my home since 1993.

Advertisements, brochures, logos, copywriting, social media, email newsletters, web marketing, invitations, booklets, calendars, hard cover books, as well as photography and illustration.

I’ve been told I have the ability to make everyone working on a project feel comfortable and calm while we de-mystify graphic design, marketing, and the Internet, to make creating your company’s promotional materials a pleasant and empowering experience.
